teamOxio Customers are advised to follow the Laws & Regulations as laid down by the Country of Hosting. Customers shall be responsible for determining what laws or regulations are applicable to their use of our services. Linking to files on other servers is allowed , known as Warez Linking, but storage of illegal files termed as Warez Hosting is strictly prohibited.

Shared Hosting:

Prohibited Content -
Warez Files Hosting, Torrents, High Resource Eating Scripts like Rapidleech, Any kind of Child Pornography, IRC.
Allowed Content -
Warez Linking, Torrent Linking, Nulled Scripts, Adult/18+

- Refunds -
We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on Shared Hosting.
NO refunds on VPS, Dedicated servers, Services.

- Privacy -
teamOxio will never giveaway any kind of information regarding its Customers. If we do face any Notices, it will be forwarded to the Client and it will be upto him/ her to take steps to remove it. But we reserve the right to remove anything particular if we feel it is against our TOS.


- Resource Usage -
By signing up with our Hosting Service, you agree not to overuse our Server Resources. You should understand that you are on a Shared Environment & all resources are evenly distributed among Customers. We tolerate a Maximum Resource Usage upto 20%. If overusage occurs we will suspend the account temporarily & inform the Customer to modify his/her website as required. After acknowledgement of the customer, Services will be resumed.


- DMCA -
If DMCA complains, we will forward them to you.
We never suspend or terminate an account immediately, you have to fight with DMCA, that's not our problem but we WON'T delete your account!
NOTE: MOST DMCA COMPLAINS WILL BE FIXED BY OUR ABUSE DEPARTMENT.


- Backups -
Though we take daily backups its our advice to our valued customers that they should backup their databases to their PC or any Remote FTP once everyday.
Note: teamOxio will NOT be in any way Liable for any loss incurred due to loss of data.

- Other Policies -
Spamming, Phishing or any stuff related to Hacking are not tolerated in our Servers. The account found involved or containing such materials will be Suspended immediately without Notice.

All technical support and billing enquiries must be logged through our easy-to-use online customer service system, which provides our customer service team with vital information about your account and also ensures that only the owner of an account can request changes to that account.
